What card brands and card types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and UnionPay brands.

Do I need to install any Profit’s software?

No. Profit is web-based so you just need to log in using your browser or you can use our Apple or Android mobile apps. No installation necessary.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts usually take 1-2 business days.

Where can I see a breakdown of all my transactions?

You’re able to view and download all your sales summaries from your Payments page.

Can I process a refund?

Yes. Refunds processed through Profit must be requested and completed within 120 days of the original transaction.
